- Nursing Assessments
- Post op surgical care
- Trach care
- CVA / Stroke care
- Pain management care
- Administration of oral & Injectable medications
- Instructions on medication administration for home bound patients
- I.V administration. Including: antibiotics, IV hydration etc
- Home ventilator care/respiratory care services/oxygen therapy.
- CPAP and Bi-pap management
- Apnea monitoring and Pulse Ox monitoring
- Wound care, i.e. wound dressing change, all types of wound care, Ostomy/Colostomy management, and Wound VAC therapy management.
- PICC line, dressing changes/maintenance and discontinuation.
- Feeding tubes management: NA, NG, J-Tube, G-tube, and Mickey Buttons.
- Lab draws and reporting (SAME DAY IN MOST CASES). Results are faxed to physician's office.
- Foley Catheter insertion /maintenance/discontinuation.
- Suprapubic Catheter insertion/maintenance/discontinuation
- Instructions on safety measures for home bound patients.
- ROM (from Nursing Staff)
- Diabetes monitoring and client education
- Nutrition assessment, Management and education of patients
- Monitoring high risk pregnancies and follow up - working with the physicians, analyzing and giving frequent updates on patient status.
- Post Partum care
- Pediatric Care: IV administration by our pediatric nurses.
- Geriatric Care/Instructions: Working with the family on patient's outcome.
